多くの若者は住まいの選び方を知らないし、家、生活を土台にして暮らしを楽しむという術を知りませんよね。

　欧米ならルームシェアとかDIYの文化などが根付いていて、若者でも生活苦に立ち向かう選択肢がいっぱいある。でも、日本の若者は、欧米の若者のように家の見つけ方とか買い方といった生活の勉強をする機会がありませんでした。

　だから、訳が分からずに都会に出てきて、業者から勧められるままに選んでいる。独房のようなワンルームマンションをあてがわれて、業者のカモになっているような若者がいっぱいいるんじゃないでしょうか。
