「起床時間・就寝時間を変えること」です。例えば、起床時間をいつもより早くすると、昨日までとは異なる風景が窓の外に見えたり、今まで見ていなかった朝のテレビ番組をチェックできたりと、自分の目や耳に入ってくる景色や情報が変化します。

 つまり、習慣を変えるということは「自分の中にインプットする情報の質や量を変えること」につながるのです。
